Inside Stree 2 Success Bash With Nimrat Kaur: 'A Die Hard Fan Of The Horror-Comedy Multiverse'

Stree 2 has created waves in the box office and earned over Rs 300 crore globally. Owing to the stellar reception of the film, the makers and cast organised a success party. Many popular faces in the industry were invited for the fun bash, and it was indeed a night to remember. Nimrat Kaur, who also attended the party, gave some inside glimpses, which also appreciated each and every member of Stree 2 for the impeccable story and performance.

Nimrat Kaur shared a series of pictures featuring herself with Shradhha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Tamanaah Bhatia, the director Amar Kaushik and others. Apart from Nimrat, Anaita Shroff Adajania also shared a few snaps from the party. She gave a glimpse of the stunning Stree 2 themed cake. It had the famous dialogue, “Woh Stree hai, woh Kuch bhi kar sakte hai,” printed on it. She also shared pictures with Shraddha Kapoor, Dinesh Vijan, Vicky Kaushal and others who attended the party.

Stree 2 is the sequel of the 2018 film of the same name. The film takes place in the small town of Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh, where a spirit named Stree kidnaps men at night during the festival season. The sequel focusses on another demon abducting women, and the people of Chanderi seek help from Stree to defeat him.

The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan along with Jyoti Deshpande under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studios. The Stree franchise is part of Maddock’s Supernatural universe, which also includes Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya and the most recent film Munjya, starring Sharvari and Abhay Verma.
