Dhanveer Gowda clarified that someone spread fake news and lied to ruin his name.

Dhanveer Gowda is a beloved figure in the Sandalwood industry. An image of the popular actor was going viral on social media, where it seemed like he was engaged in a violent encounter. He was then contacted by News18 to give clarification on the photos. As per reports, the image shows a boy lying on a sofa, while someone was holding him. Dhanveer was also captured in the image, which implied that he was involved in the activity that was being carried out. This sparked a debate on social media, some saying that the boy was probably beaten. The photo is not available anymore.

After News18 asked Dhanveer Gowda if there is any truth to the rumours, he said that everything is a lie. He reportedly stated, “Oh, it’s all a lie, sir. I don’t even dream like that. We come from a cultured family and I know what is good and what is bad.”

Talking about the viral image, he revealed that it was actually a birthday photo. The boy is a close friend of Dhanveer Gowda and they were simply giving him birthday bumps. He clarified that someone spread fake news and lied to ruin his name. As per more reports, the boy was also contacted on the matter, where he also stated everything was just a joke. He mentioned that someone is trying to defame Dhanveer.

Dhanveer is popular for films like Bazaar, By Two Love and Kaiva. He made his debut in the film industry with Bazaar, released in 2019. Directed by Suni, Dhanveer was paired opposite Aditi Prabhudeva. The cast also included Sharath Lohitashwa, Sadhu Kokila and Amir Ali Shaik. It is produced by Thimmegowda under the banner of Bharathi Film Productions. The music in the film is done by Ravi Basrur, while the cinematography is done by Santhosh Rai Pathaje and the editor is Abhishek M.

In 2023, he was seen in Kaiva, directed by Jayatheertha. Dhanveer and Megha Shetty were the leads, who were supported by Nanda, Raghu Shivmogga and Ugramm Manju. It is produced under the Abhuvanasa Creations banner.
