Jugal Hansraj's 'Menacing' Look From His Next Film Goes Viral

Jugal Hansraj etched his name in the hearts of cine-goers with movies like Masoom, Papa Kahte Hain and Mohabbatein. The 51-year-old actor, however, didn’t become as successful as A-listers in Bollywood. Now, Jugal is all set for yet another untitled box-office outing alongside the actors Pooja Bhatt and Suniel Shetty.

Jugal has also posted a picture of his new look from this film on Instagram. He can be seen with long hair, a more menacing look and a beard in the photo. This look is quite contrary to the chocolate boy image Jugal has donned in his earlier projects. Jugal is seen surrounded by a lot of objects in a laboratory-like setup in the photo. The Masoom actor wrote in the caption, “In a world where motives are hidden and chaos reigns, he is ready to burn. Venturing into uncharted territory for the first time with this role, in an upcoming project with @lionsgateindia.”

Jugal’s colleagues in Bollywood and his followers couldn’t help appreciating his looks in the comment section. Prosthetic and beauty makeup teacher Yasmin Rodgers wrote in the comments that she created this look which the Masoom actor had carried very well. Jugal acknowledged her efforts. “Amazing”, one of the followers commented.

Jugal Hansraj interacted with Koimoi.com regarding this project. The Masoom actor said that exploring a dark and sinister side in this role has been exciting and challenging for him. According to him, it’s like venturing into an uncharted territory. Jugal ended by saying that he is eagerly anticipating sharing this journey with the audience and watching how it all unfolds.

Jugal’s journey as an actor was undoubtedly brilliant, with a staggering count of 40 films signed during the prime of his career. His career had its share of highs and lows, and his aspirations for garnering massive success could not be realised. Despite a strong start in Bollywood, his path wasn’t smooth sailing, and he accepted the challenges he confronted. In an earlier interaction with E- E-Times, he revealed grappling moments of despair and even shedding tears over projects that didn’t materialise.
