The American singer-songwriter, 38, just shared a sneak peek from her upcoming work in an Instagram post on Thursday, July 18. She uploaded three monochrome photos of herself wearing black tee and a pair of black shades, chilling in a studio, in front of a microphone. “Just me in the studio – happy as ever making music,” she wrote in the caption of her post. “Feel so grateful, heart is peaceful. It’s like meditation,” Gaga added.
The singer also assured her fans that she is about to serve some amazing music as she wrote, “I can’t wait for you to hear what I’m working on.”
One of the most excited fans of Gaga after she shared the update from her studio was her fellow pop star, Kesha. She commented, “Feed us mother!!!!”
According to PEOPLE, Lady Gaga has “never been happier and she’s feeling the most creative she’s ever been.”
It has been almost three years since Gaga had released a studio album. In 2021, she brought out Love for Sale with the late Tony Bennett. After that, she had also dropped a solo single titled Hold My Hand for the 2022 sequel film Top Gun: Maverick’s soundtrack. She also performed the song at last year’s Academy Awards. Her latest single was a 2023 collaboration with The Rolling Stones titled Sweet Sounds of Heaven, reports People.
The Bad Romance singer had discussed her plans to release new music during a Q&A session at the Los Angeles premiere of her HBO concert special, Gaga Chromatica Ball, in May. The concert is named after her 2020 album titled Chromatica. “I am in the studio every single day. I have written so many songs, I’ve been producing so many songs, and it’s nothing like anything that I’ve ever made before. I love to break genre, and I love to explore music,” Gaga said.
As of now, Gaga is going to star in the highly anticipated film, Joker: Folie à Deux film as Harley Quinn opposite Joaquin Phoenix’s titular character. The movie will come to theaters on October 4 this year.
