Prasant Murali's Next, Cyber, To Dive Into The Dark World Of Technology

Malayalam actor Prasant Murali is known for his impeccable acting skills in the films Kasargold, Kooman, The Teacher, etc. He is now gearing up for his next film titled Cyber written and directed by Manu Krishna. Starring an ensemble cast of actors Chandhunadh, Jeeva, and Cerena, this film has been produced by GK Pillai and Santha G Pillai. Revealing the first look of this film on Instagram, Prasant wrote in the caption,” Our next…..@manukrishna007 directed cyber crime thriller……”. He added the song Kuthanthram from the superhit film Manjummel Boys to the poster. Sushin Shyam has composed the track with a rap performed by Vedan.

On the technical front, Pramod K Pillai and Yuri Kryvoshei have handled the cinematography. Vishnu Mahadev is in charge of the film’s editing.

As per the reports, the shooting of Cyber has been completed, and this thriller film will show a different notion regarding the technological world.

The director of Cyber, Manu Krishna has uploaded several glimpses of the film that have amped up the buzz regarding it. Amongst these glimpses, one of the motion posters shows the silhouette of a commando holding a gun and a miniature of a man as well.

It is the last motion poster of the film uploaded by Manu Krishna that has made a lot of headlines of late. This video shows a man wearing a hoodie watching the operation of a man and the message on the top reads,” Connecting Human Brain.”

In an exclusive interview with the Times of India, the director of this film talked more about it. He said,” A near future where technology has evolved to the extent that it can influence and manipulate human thoughts. ‘Cyber’ sort of sheds light on the concealed dangers of this world.” He further added that this film will examine the societal shift in terms of family values and how future generations are nurtured amidst these technological advancements.

Besides directing the film, Manu Krishna has also composed the music of this film. As of now, the makers of Cyber have not disclosed the release date.
