The film is directed by Komal R Bharadwaj and produced by Padma and Hiranmayi Ravinuthula under the Single Cell Universe Productions banner. Rahasyam Idam Jagath explores ancient Indian epics and the concept of Sri Chakra. It is slated to hit theatres on November 8. The film stars Rakesh Galebi, Sravanthi Pattipati, Manasa Veena, and Bhargav Gopinatham in important roles.
While speaking at a press event recently, the director said, “We have added mythological elements to science fiction and made the film in such a way that it will be appreciated by today’s generation of audiences. I can confidently say that this film will give a new experience to the audience.”
He said that the promotional content of the film has received an overwhelming response. He said, “The film has stunning visuals along with elements that will interest the audience. Everyone appreciates the glimpses and teasers of this movie. I made this story inspired by Sri Chakra. We put in a lot of effort. I have a film school background. I received many awards then. Like Kalki, Hanuman, and Karthikeya, this is a mythological movie. We are going to tell a new thing about our mythology and our roots through this film to the Telugu audience.”
The director also said that the film will surprise and entertain audiences after release. “Rahasyam Idam Jagath combines science fiction with mythological elements to create a fresh and immersive experience for today’s audience. We have incorporated stunning visuals and compelling storytelling to ensure that viewers are both entertained and intrigued,” he added.
It draws inspiration from classic mythological films like Karthikeya, Hanuman, and Kalki. He also noted that the film is rooted in Indian mythology. It aims to connect the past with the present and offer a narrative that resonates with modern viewers.
Actress Manasa also expressed her excitement about being part of the upcoming film. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with Komal sir and the team. This film was made with a lot of passion, and I’m confident that audiences will enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it,” she said.
Another lead in Rahasyam Idam Jagath, Sravanthi Pattipati, shared that this film marks her first major role in Telugu cinema. “I’m thrilled to be part of such an exciting project. The teaser has already created a buzz, and we are hopeful that the film will be equally well-received,” she added.
Another major highlight is that the film’s music is composed by Gani. Lyricist Rambabu Gosala commended the film’s score, calling it “captivating” and well-suited for the film’s mythological theme. “The content of Rahasyam Idam Jagath is unique, and I’m sure it will connect with the audience,” Gani said.
