Mumbai: Actor Sanjay Dutt is going to be out of jail, once again. News has it that he has been granted 30 days parole- this time on grounds that his daughter’s sickness.
Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala needs to undergo a minor nose surgery. Dutt has been in jail since May 2013 in relation to the 1993 Bombay blasts but so far he has been out of jail for 146 days since beginning his prison term.
Earlier this year the Bombay HC had questioned the state govt about Dutt’s frequent parole asking why special treatment was meted out for the actor. Dutt was convicted for the illegal possesison of arms in the 1993 Bombay blast case.
