Stars Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma have been busy shooting for their upcoming film which is being directed by Imtiaz Ali. While the lead actors have already shot important sequences in Prague, Amsterdam, Budapest and other spots in Europe, they are back to Mumbai. But if reports are anything to go by, they were recently in Punjab to film the project. And going by the look from the shoot that has been released on social media, it has undoubtedly impressed us.
While many Bollywood actors including Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Deol, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn have donned the turbaned look, Shah Rukh Khan is the latest celebrity to join the bandwagon.
Khan who has been fond of experimenting with his looks, will be donning the look of a sardar. This come after he has played a Sikh soldier named Papa G in a commercial.
While Khan rocks the look – wherein he teams a green turban with an orange Punjabi attire, Sharma comes across as the typical ‘Punjabi kudi’ in a traditional suit and hairdo.
Both Khan and Sharma collaborate for the third time after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
To be released on August 11, the film will feature Khan essaying the role of a tour guide. Interestingly, Sharma will play a Gujarati girl who is on a world tour.
The adventure-romance will be clashing with Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, that features Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in key roles.
