Sushant Singh Rajput Opens up About His Split With Ankita Lokhande

Sushant Singh Rajput recently tweeted a confirmatory message regarding his split with long time girlfriend, TV actress Ankita Lokhande.

The couple, who broke up nearly a month ago, never gave any official statement post-split. While cryptic messages were being shared, no particular reason was cited. Various publications and their sources blamed Ankita's over- possessive nature as a reason, while many blamed Sushant's growing stardom.

Putting an end to all the speculations, the 'Kai Po Che' star tweeted: "Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womaniser. People do Grow apart & its unfortunate . Period!!"

Looks like the former couple has come to a mutual understanding and have parted ways in cordial manner. Regarded as B-Town's finest couple, the two were all set to marry by the end of this year. However, as the actor puts it, people grow apart and we respect that.

On the professional front Sushant Singh Rajput is busy shooting for 'Raabta' and is awaiting the release of 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story'
