Paresh Mokashi’s upcoming Marathi film Nach Ga Ghuma, starring Mukta Barve, Sukanya Kulkarni and Sarang Sathe in the lead roles, has already created a buzz on social media.
After the overwhelming response to the poster and teaser, the makers have finally released the much-awaited trailer for the film. The two-minute and thirty-second clip shows some very interesting and entertaining encounters between the maid and the woman who runs the house.
The story of Nach Ga Ghuma revolves around a typical middle-class household where the maid goes on a vacation and quits her job. The tasks that the maid does for the family thus easily become chores for the members of the family. Managing the daily chores becomes a nightmare for the family members.
Commenting on the story of Nach Ga Ghuma, director Paresh Mokashi said in an interview, “The film is about womanhood and the practices and customs associated with it. We have woven many minute details related to women into the script to ensure that the uniqueness of women is portrayed subtly."
Nach Ga Ghuma includes funny and everyday incidents in the script which provide entertainment without compromising the dignity of women. At the same time, the film shows that women are a perfect blend of merit and sentiment. The film also stars Namrata Sambherao, Sukanya Mone, Supriya Pathare, Saragna Sathe, Madhugandha Kulkarni, Sharmishtha Raut and child artist Mayra Waikul in lead roles. The film will be released on May 1.
