Virat Kohli Looks For Anushka Sharma After Scoring 50th Century, Fans Call Him 'Greenest Green Flag'

Virat Kohli not only proved yet again that he is one of the best cricketers of our generation but also reminded everyonet that he is the greenest of green flags when it comes to love. The cricketer is married to Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and during the India vs New Zealand semi final match, as part of the 2023 World Cup, Virat did not shy away from showing his love for Anushka. While videos of him blowing kisses at Anushka after scoring record breaking 50th ODI century have already gone viral, a new video is doing the rounds showing him searching for Anushka once he was back in the dressing room.

In a video shared on social media, Virat was seen trying to lean forward from the balcony of the Indian cricket team’s dressing room in the hope of getting a glimpse of Anushka. She was seated in the stand above the dressing room. Unfortunately for him, he couldn’t spot her. But the cameras spotted him trying to look for Anushka and the video of the same has gone viral on social media platforms.

Several social media users took to X and Instagram to praise him. Many even called him the ‘greenest of green flags.’ ”

Another video that is going viral shows Virat holding on to Anushka’s hand while they climbed down the stairs after the match.

Anushka also reminded us all that she is the perfect green flag. Not only did she not shy away from celebrating Virat’s wins in the stadium but also penned a heartwarming note to honour his milestone. “God is the best scriptwriter! Utterly grateful to him for blessing me with your love, and to watch you grow from strength to strength and achieve all that you have and will, being honest to yourself and to the sport always. You are truly God’s child,” she said in a note shared on her Instagram Stories.

For the unversed, Anushka and Virat got married in 2017. The couple welcomed their daughter, Vamika, in 2021 and are rumoured to be expecting their second baby.
