Candidates interested in applying for BTech admissions can do so starting from the first week of November. The application forms will be available shortly on the official website at amrita.edu/admissions/btech/. Those candidates who have a 10+2 diploma and wish to join a BTech program will need to take the computer-based Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE). Successful AEEE candidates can get admission to BTech programs at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham campuses in Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Coimbatore.
AEEE 2024 Application Form: Steps to Apply
Candidates can follow the step-by-step process mentioned below to fill out the AEEE application form:
Step 1: Registration: Prior to applying, candidates must create an account on Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University’s website. Visit the online registration page and fill out the required information, which includes a working email address and contact information. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID following a successful registration.
Step 2: Fill in the Application Form: Candidates must complete the application form after successfully registering by providing all necessary information, including their academic background, contact information, and exam centre preference. During the application form procedure, you must choose three preferred exam cities.
Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature: Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their recent photo as well as their signature in the format required.
Step 4: Pay Application Fee: Candidates must use one of the available online payment options to cover the application fee. The fee can be paid online using a credit/debit card, net banking, or other methods.
Step 5: Submit Application: Candidates must submit their application form online once they have finished all of the aforementioned stages.
After receiving their AEEE results, candidates should participate in the Amrita BTech Centralized Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) counselling. This process will determine their eligibility. If they meet the AEEE requirements, they can take part in CSAP to select their preferred campus and program, ultimately leading to their admission to their desired campus and course.
Candidates who have JEE Main 2023 marks may apply for Amrita BTech admissions in 2024. They fill 30 per cent of the seats based on JEE Main ranks, and the remaining 30 per cent are filled using AEEE scores. It is recommended to keep on checking the official website, amrita.edu, for recent updates.
