Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon open its office outside India, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has announced. As per media reports, Pradhan said on Wednesday that CBSE will soon open its offices in UAE also. The minister made this announcement during his three-day visit to Abu Dhabi.
The education minister said that UAE-India relations are in very good condition today. India and the UAE have strong ties in the strategic partnership, especially in education and skills. An Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) is being opened in UAE and many leading universities of India are already functioning here.
He said that more universities may come in the near future. More than 100 CBSE schools are operational in the UAE and India is going to open a CBSE office there soon.
