The Chartered Accountant Intermediate and Final November 2023 exams will be administered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) starting today, November 2. Candidates who plan to appear for the upcoming examination must download their hall tickets from the official website, icai.org. The ICAI intermediate and final examinations will conclude on November 17.
As per the exam day guidelines by ICAI, candidates must carry their admit cards to the exam hall as without them they will be allowed to appear for the exams. Further, they will not be permitted to leave the examination hall until the exams are over. Candidates must submit the question papers along with the OMR answer sheet before leaving the examination hall.

The ICAI has affirmed that the examination timetable will remain unchanged even if any of the dates are officially declared as public holidays by the national or state governments. However, it has decided to postpone the CA November 2023 exams in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh due to the legislative assembly elections in these states. The papers originally scheduled for November 7 and 17 have been rescheduled to November 19 for these regions. Importantly, the admission cards issued for the exams on November 7 and 17 will be considered valid for the rescheduled dates.
