NTA SWAYAM July 2023 Exam Rescheduled Due to Assembly Election, Check Revised Dates
The NTA SWAYAM exam originally slated for November 30 has been rescheduled to December 4 due to the assembly elections that are being held in a few states

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the test dates for the July 2023 semester of the Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) exam. The exam originally slated for November 30 has been rescheduled to December 4 as a result of the assembly elections that are being held in a few states. Assembly elections are scheduled during November and December of 2023 in five states: Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. On the official website, swayam.nta.ac.in, students who applied for the tests can look up for the revised dates. The tests that were originally scheduled for December 1 and December 2 will remain unchanged, as stated by NTA.

“It has been decided that SWAYAM July 2023 Semester Exam scheduled for 30 November 2023 is to be shifted to 04 December 2023 due to Assembly Elections in few States of India. Exam scheduled for 1 and 2 December 2023 will remain the same,” the official announcement from the NTA stated.

SWAYAM July 2023: revised schedule

The NTA SWAYAM 2023 July session exam registration is currently open, and applications must be submitted by tomorrow, November 8. Candidates have till November 9 to submit their fees. On November 10, the students will be given an opportunity to make corrections to their applications. The NTA SWAYAM 2023 July session will take place in two sessions, shift 1 from 9 AM to 12 PM and shift 2 from 3 PM to 6 PM, according to the previously released exam schedule.

At the conclusion of each semester, the National Testing Agency administers the SWAYAM exam using computer-based testing (CBT) or a hybrid format that combines CBT with conventional paper-and-pen assessment. The SWAYAM test in July 2023 will include 390 papers. A total of 17 papers with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 314 papers with 50 MCQs will be administered in a computer-based test format. On the other hand, 59 papers will be provided in a hybrid format. In the papers with multiple-choice questions (MCQs), there won’t be any negative marks for giving an incorrect response.

The three main tenets of the education policy—access, equity, and quality—are to be achieved through the central government’s Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) programme. The course aims to bridge the digital gap among students by providing online certification curricula in a number of domains.
