RITES Ltd, a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has invited applications for the post of junior manager (HR/ personnel) and junior manager (marketing). Interested candidates can apply through its official website – www.rites.com. The application process will commence on March 16 and the last date for the same is April 7.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the performance in the written test and interview. The written test will be given 80 per cent weightage and the interview round will have 20 per cent weightage.
“Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post. Candidates have the option to appear for an interview either in Hindi or English,” reads the official notification.
RITES recruitment: Eligibility requirement
Education: Candidates applying for the post of junior manager (HR/ personnel), must have completed two years postgraduate MBA/ PG diploma/ postgraduate programme in management with specialization in HR/ industrial relation/ personnel management or MHROD. No prior work experience is required. For the junior manager (marketing) post, candidates must have completed the postgraduate MBA/ PG diploma/ postgraduate programme in marketing. No prior work experience is required.
Age: The upper age limit of the candidates applying for these two posts is 40 years.

Once registration window opens, candidates can apply by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit rites.com through your browser and click on ‘Online Registration’ under the ‘careers’ tab on the homepage.
Step 2: Fill up the required details under the ‘Fill/ Modify Application Form’ and click on ‘make payment’. The payment details show the amount to be paid to the bank based on your category.
Step 3: While submitting the online application; the system would generate ‘registration no.’ on top of online form filled up by the candidate. Note it down for future use.

For general category and OBC applicants, the registration fee is Rs 600 while EWS/SC/ST/PwD candidates will have to pay Rs 300.
