Mukul Roy missing as LS debates Rail Budget

New Delhi: The Opposition created a ruckus in the Lok Sabha after the new Railway Minister Mukul Roy did not reach the House to participate in the discussion on the Rail Budget.

Speaker Meira Kumar tried to pacify the members by saying that the Railway Minister would soon join the House.

Soon after, Mukul Roy arrived in the Lok Sabha and said, "I was introduced by the Prime Minister in the Rajya Sabha, the moment that got over I rushed to the Lok Sabha."
