New Delhi: Taking a dig at Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday hinted that he has not matured with age. "Some people age physically, not mentally. They do not understand things but want to oppose them," he said.
The Prime Minister also criticised the UPA government for mocking NDA government's schemes. Modi said, "Had we worked for the development of the poor, we would not have needed a policy for the poor to dig roads and get employment. We would not have needed MNREGA if there was no poverty. We are working to improvise on the policies for betterment."
Criticising the Opposition for not allowing Parliament to function, the Prime Minister said the house is not allowed to function due to a type of inferiority complex.
