A new feature called 3D Touch, which allows easy access to frequent tasks by holding down on an icon, has been introduced with the new smartphones. With the features, for instance, it'll be possible to update a Facebook status right from the home screen.

Like the predecessors, the iPhone 6s also comes with second-gen TouchID fingerprint sensor built into the Home button.

Powered by the newest iOS 9; the iPhone 6s offers up to 14 hours of talktime on 3G and up to 10 days of standby time. The iPhone 6s as well as the bigger iPhone 6s Plus support nano-SIM and hence, they are not compatible with the existing micro-SIM cards.
