Nothing Phone 2a launched a few weeks back but the company is now already gearing for another event this month. Nothing has teased its next event for April 18 with the tagline ‘Play Date’ which suggests the brand could have not one but two products lined up for the buyers.
Nothing ‘Play Date’ April 18 Launch: What Can We Expect?
Nothing has used its classic animal teasers to get people talking about what the next product could be. We can see the beetle and a yellow frog, which suggests Nothing Ear 3 launch is imminent but some keen eye folks also notice the use of the word Date, which means two products.
Some people suggest Nothing could bring the Ear 3 and probably a Bluetooth speaker to the market, or it could be the next-gen version of the Ear Stick. The fact that Phone 2a just launched means we don’t expect the Phone 3 launch anytime soon.
The Ear 3 is unlikely to move the needle with respect to its design, but the audio quality should be upgraded with better drivers and improve the active noise cancellation and probably add gesture-based support if the buds allow.
Nothing started its journey in the tech circuit with the Ear wireless earbuds and later we got the Ear Stick and the Ear 2 came out last year. The timelines of the company have definitely gone down as it expands and increases its portfolio of products. We are eager to see what Nothing has in store for us in the next few weeks.
Nothing has decided to enter new segments and with the Phone 2a, it caters to the mid-range segment in India, where the competition is tough but its unique design and software focus gives it an edge over other brands.
