Abhinav Shukla is a well-known personality in the film and television industry. He has a loyal fan following and often engages them with glimpses of his travel diaries and personal life with his wife, Rubina Dilaik. The actor, all set to embark on the journey of parenthood, recently said that he is an equal partner with his wife when it comes to household responsibilities and cannot wait to take up the responsibility of a father.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, the actor said that he will be a hands-on father. He said, “I was already mentally prepared for it. It is a fun journey, and I am looking forward to sleepless nights. I have followed the journey of my nephew and niece as my brother has two kids. I love spending time with them, and I thought I should have my own. It is the best part of you and your future life. I am already a hands-on husband, so I will be a hands-on father soon. There are times when I cook and do the dishes, especially when the help is not there. We have this equality of work thing. It has never happened till date that she asked me to do something, and I didn’t do it. We automatically do 50-50 of every work.”
The actor recently took to social media to answer some of the most asked questions by his critics and haters so that they don’t “feel left out”. Abhinav replied to hard-hitting questions about his relationship with his wife along with updates on his work life and future plans. When asked why he isn’t working, the actor updated them, saying that he has a few projects lined up but cannot disclose anything about them. However, he added, “Having said that I agree I am not a workaholic.. there are days just want to camp next to a river or lake and just stare at the sky and forest! Doing nothing substantial. That’s not gonna change! Sorry.”
