Jannat Zubair's Family Surprises Her As She Returns Home After Filming Karan Johar's The Traitors

Jannat Zubair Rahmani has been a part of numerous movies and TV shows since she was a child. She has grown up to become one of the fastest-growing social media influencers. Recently, she grabbed the headlines for her participation as a contestant in the reality show The Traitors. With the shooting of the show reportedly wrapped up, all the celebrity participants, including Jannat, have returned home. Upon her return to Mumbai after filming, her family surprised her with a warm, heartfelt welcome. Jannat’s parents were there to pick her up at the airport when she arrived in Mumbai from Jaisalmer.

As she reached home, the actress was greeted with a surprise. Her house was adorned with balloons. Her brother Ayan reportedly welcomed her home with a hug and Jannat was clearly touched by the love and efforts of her family.

She also took to Instagram to share some amusing photos from the occasion. “I missed my people so so muchhhh!!!! I’m backkkkk and so excited for what’s coming next,” she wrote in her caption.

This isn’t the first time her family has shown their love in this way. After her return from shooting Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, Jannat was also given a similar warm welcome. After competing in the stunt-based show, she participated in the cooking reality show Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment.

The Traitors is an Indian adaptation of the popular American reality show of the same name, with Karan Johar as the host. The show will feature several well-known personalities like Karan Kundrra, Raj Kundra, Anshula Kapoor and Sudhanshu Pandey.

Jannat Zubair, along with Harsh Gujral, Sufi Motiwala, Sahil Salathia, Mukesh Chhabra and rapper Raftaar, had also been selected as part of the show’s cast.

The filming of The Traitors reportedly took place at the scenic Hotel Suryagarh in Jaisalmer over two weeks. The show will soon be available for streaming on Amazon Prime.
