64-year-old US Fitness Influencer Shares Diet Rules To Look Younger

In a world where people are suffering from severe health ailments and look older than their age due to premature ageing, a 64-year-old woman has almost reversed the clock. Known as Harrah Brown, she looks so fit that people can’t believe that she is so youthful at the age of 64. The surprising element about Harrah’s amazing fitness levels is that she has achieved this health by starting to work out at the age of 61.

Hailing from the United States, Harrah credits her younger look to a simple food rule that she shared in a TikTok video. She said, “These are the types of foods I buy each week. I practice the 90/10 rule,” she wrote in her captions. “Ninety per cent nutrient-dense foods while eating at home and 10 per cent fun foods when going out to eat,” Harrah said that sticking to this plan has helped her shed the belly fat that she gained during the menopause period and therefore became leaner and stronger.

These foods are blueberries, raspberries, olive oil, Almond milk, pistachios, and fresh ground peanut butter. Harrah’s diet also includes Salmon and halibut, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, green cabbage, and cilantro. Harrah’s food plan also comprises yogurt which she prefers for its high protein content. She also prefers limes, lemons, chicken breast, roast beef and some Gruyère cheese. Harrah added that these are the foods she buys regularly and doesn’t buy any cookies, cakes, snacks, ice cream, or processed foods.

Harrah’s Instagram bio describes her as a women’s wellness mentor who empowers people to look and feel younger, healthy, beautiful, and confident. She regularly uploads videos regarding her fitness and the skincare routine which has garnered a massive support base.

In the recent video she has uploaded on Instagram, Harrah has shared the exercise procedure of performing 3 sets of 10 reps on each leg. The 64-year-old influencer looks immensely strong with her well-toned body. The US-based influencer highly motivated social media users and shared their experiences of achieving insane fitness levels with her.
