This town called Denton in Manchester is the best example of that. Earlier, it was known to be a ghost town; but a restaurateur helped the place become a tourist spot. This town in the UK, Manchester, called Denton used to be a ghost town, only visited by reported 49 tourists every year. But today it is considered a famous tourist spot, which offers a range of fancy restaurants and beautiful scenery for the visitors. So, how did this change happen?
