Watch: 2 Women Get Into Abusive Fight During Jab We Met Screening On Valentine's Day

Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s 2007 hit romantic-comedy film, Jab We Met, recently made it to theatres again as a part of Valentine’s Week. While many thronged cinema halls to spend their Valentine’s Day by revisiting the memories of Aditya and Geet, a very unexpected incident was witnessed in a cinema hall in Delhi. In a video going viral, two women were seen getting into a heated argument during the screening of Jab We Met. The video shared on the X handle of Ghar Ke Kalesh shows the ladies seemingly arguing over their mobile phones.

While they continued hurling abuse at each other, one of them was also seen heading towards the other and threatening her. “You’re in Delhi. Don’t forget,” she could be heard saying. Later, their respective partners were seen trying to intervene, but all their efforts went in vain.

Recorded by another person sitting among the audience, the video also shows them laughing over the women’ sudden fight in the middle of the film while others look upon them as spectators. “Kalesh b/w two girls Inside Movie Theater while watching Jab we met on Valentine’s Day, Delhi,” the caption read.

As soon as the video came out, many took to the comment section and dropped hilarious reactions. A user wrote, “Wo to theek hai who watches “jab we met” on valentines day…” while another one said, “Horror stories.”

“Classy Ladies, very well behaved and highly cultured,” a third user commented. A person also remarked, “They actually met. Mission accomplished.”

Men fight during Gadar 2 screening

While viewers are mostly seen having a gala time while watching movies, fights seem to have become a common affair inside theatres. In August last year, an unexpected violent brawl broke out between two individuals during the screening of Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat. The incident began with a verbal fight, which then turned out violent as one of them and his companion began attacking and kicking the other person, causing panic among the audience.

In another unsettling incident, a group of fans were seen bursting firecrackers inside the hall during the screening of Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3. The startling video from Nashik’s Mohan Cinema showed a few overenthusiastic fans igniting firecrackers while watching the film, further causing alarm among others.

This also caught the attention of the Bollywood star, who urged fans to refrain from doing such things and instead celebrate the film ‘responsibly’.
