Jharkhand NMMS Admit Card 2023: Candidates who are appearing for the exam must visit the official website at jac.jharkhand.gov.in and download the admit card

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has issued the admit card for the National Means Cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023. Candidates who are appearing for the NMMS exam should visit the official website of the Jharkhand Academic Council at jac.jharkhand.gov.in and download the Jharkhand NMMS 2023 admit card. It is to be noted that the exam is scheduled to be held by the council on February 11, 2023.

To download the Jharkhand NMMS admit card 2023, applicants will have to key in their login credentials, such as their application number and password generated during the time of registration.

The Jharkhand NMMS scholarship programme is designed to provide financial assistance of Rs 12,000 per year to students in Classes 9 to 12. However, the students of private schools, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kendriya Vidyalaya, or Sainik schools are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Jharkhand NMMS Admit Card 2023: How to Download

Step 1: Go to the official website of Jharkhand Academic Council at jac.jharkhand.gov.in to download the admit card.

Step 2: Look for the link that says, “Jharkhand NMMS 2023 admit card” on the website’s homepage.

Step 3: On clicking, candidates will be redirected to the login window.

Step 4: Enter the required login details such as registration number and date of birth in the provided section and click on the submit button.

Step 5: Once done, the Jharkhand NMMS 2023 admit card will be presented on the screen.

Step 6: Cross-check all the details on the admit card and download the same.

Step 7: Take a printout of the same for examination day.

Notably, the NMMS 2023-24 scholarship test will comprise two sections: The mental Ability Test (MAT) and the Scholastic Abilities Test (SAT). The Mental Ability Test section encompasses 90 multiple-choice questions that will assess the verbal and nonverbal metacognitive abilities of the candidate such as reasoning and critical thinking. It may contain questions related to analogies, pattern perception, classification, numerical series, and hidden figures, among others.

On the other hand, the NMMS Scholastic Abilities Test section consists of 90 multiple-choice questions from Social Studies, Science, and Mathematics, which are taught in Classes 7 and 8.

Candidates who are chosen for the NMMS scholarship should stay in touch with both their school and the district education officer during the scholarship period (grades 9-12). Beneficiaries must also complete an annual application through the National Scholarship Portal to be eligible to take advantage of the scheme.
