How to Earn Lots of Money in Welcome to Bloxburg on Roblox
Welcome to Bloxburg is one of Roblox's most popular games, despite it still being in the beta testing stage. With over 2.5 billion visits and over 130,000 people playing at basically any time, it has become an absolute hit. One of the main objectives is to build a house, and to do that you need money. Sadly, money takes time to get (unless you're willing to spend Robux on money). This article will show you how to get lots of money on Welcome to Bloxburg.
Steps

Preparing to Work

Decide what job you would like to do. Each job is different, and jobs can be divided into 2 different categories: active and passive. Active jobs require you to move your character around, and are better if you get bored easily. They also pay a bit more per task. Passive jobs do not require you to move around, but can be boring. They typically pay less per task but are more efficient. This means you can earn more money in a shorter amount of time with a passive job. Active jobs include the pizza delivery job, the fisherman job, the janitor job, the miner job, the mechanic job, the stocker job, and the woodcutter job. Passive jobs include both cashier jobs (Bloxy Burgers and Bloxburg Fresh Foods), the hairdresser job, the pizza baker job, and the seller job. While all jobs were designed to pay equally, overall, most players would agree that the hairdresser, Bloxy Burgers cashier, and the pizza delivery job are the best/most interesting jobs.

Get your hunger mood up. Hunger is one of the four moods/motives/needs in the game. If your character is not hungry or starving, your other moods will decrease more slowly, allowing you to earn more money (Higher moods = more pay!). Hunger can be raised by eating foods (Obtained through a fridge, by cooking, or by purchasing), drinking some drinks (Such as smoothies), or purchasing the Marvellous Mood gamepass that allows you to retain higher moods longer.

Get your energy mood up. Energy is another one of the game's four moods/motives/needs. If your energy is higher, you'll walk faster and get paid more. This is especially important if you want to work an active job. Energy can be raised by sleeping, using a shower or bathtub, sitting on a couch or chair, eating/drinking, or purchasing a mood boost. Using a shower is the slowest way to get your energy up, especially if you have a cheap shower. Coffee is the best drink to consume for energy. Drinking coffee and sleeping in a bed is the fastest way to get more energy. (You can purchase beds and coffee machines in Build Mode.)

Get your hygiene moods up. Like hunger and energy, hygiene is one of the four moods/motives/needs. If your character's hygiene is higher, your character will not emit flies or a green stink cloud. The flies and green gas can be distracting if you want to work. Hygiene can be raised by interacting with any of the items under the "Plumbing" section, swimming in a pool, or using a mood boost. Hairbrushes, perfume bottles, and toilets also help. Swimming in a pool is the slowest way to raise hygiene. One of the fastest way to get your hygiene mood up is by taking a shower.

Get your fun mood up. Fun is the last mood/motive/need and arguably the most crucial mood to have raised when working. If your character's fun is higher, you'll get paid exponentially more than if it is lower. Fun can be raised by interacting with a TV, computer, toy, pool, or a book. It can also be raised by purchasing a mood boost.

Invite friends to your server. If you have friends on ROBLOX who have purchased Welcome to Bloxburg, ask them if they can join you. Working with friends nearby can keep your mood and pay higher for longer. Alternatively, you can send friend requests to other players in your server who are also working. Just make sure you make sure the person you friend request gets to know you a bit.

Set a goal. If you have a certain amount of money you want to reach (i.e. $10k in 20 minutes), you'll feel more motivated to reach that goal. You can even reward yourself if you reach your goal. Make sure your goal is realistic. Unless you're level 50 with the Excellent Employee game pass on a certain job, you're probably not going to make $100k in 10 minutes.

Consider purchasing the Excellent Employee gamepass. If you have a few hundred Robux and want more money when working, the Excellent Employee gamepass increases how often you get promoted and how much money you get while working.

Working Efficiently

Go to work. If you want to earn money by working, the first step is to go to work. There are two ways to go to work. The first way to go to your workplace is to teleport. Press the icon of a person at the bottom right corner of the screen. There, press the right and left buttons until you find the job you want, and press Select. This will teleport you to your workplace. The second way is by using a vehicle (which can be purchased in Build Mode or Mike's Motors) or simply walking to your workplace. When you step in your workplace you should be transformed into your work uniform. Once you choose a job, it does not block you from doing other jobs in the future. Sadly, you cannot work from home or be self-employed at this point.

Put on a TV show/YouTube video/movie. If you can watch a video and work at the same time, you can be so caught up in your video that you end up working for hours on end. Sadly, not everyone can do this, so if you're easily distracted, don't put on a video. Make sure you're interested in whatever video you're playing. Otherwise, you won't enjoy working as much.

Turn on some music or a podcast. If watching videos isn't your cup of tea, some music or a podcast can make working more bearable. Simply turn on your playlist or the next episode of your favorite podcast and work away. Like videos, you can be so caught up in the beat of your music or the story of your podcast that you'll forget all about the fact you're working.

Call up a friend. If you're feeling a bit social or out of the loop, you can phone call a friend while you work. This will distract you from the monotony of working. If your friend has purchased Welcome to Bloxburg, you can ask if they can work with you so that they can also get money.

Stay focused. If you can't handle potential distractions, then work in a quiet place with dim lighting. This will help you to work efficiently. To minimize distractions, set aside any other electronics and go somewhere without pets or siblings.

Try working for shorter periods over a week or so. In the end, working for an hour on one day will get you the same amount of money as working for 15 minutes a day over four days. This method is extremely helpful if your end goal is to get hundreds of thousands of dollars (If you're willing to work a few minutes a day for a long time).

Avoid checking how much money you've earned while working. Although you likely want to know how much you've earned so far, this can distract you from working. The thing is, you want to stay focused for as long as possible. It's okay to check once in a while, but try to avoid doing so to the best of your ability.

Exploring Alternatives to Working

Purchase money using Robux. This is the best alternative to working, although it is the most costly, as Robux can only be bought with real money. If you're willing to splurge, though, this method may be for you. Remember that USD 0.01 is equivalent to 1 Robux, so you may not want to spend USD 60 on $500,000 in-game money.

Build a cafe or restaurant. If you're willing to spend $20-30k, building a restaurant or cafe and opening it to the server can get you some money. It's not too great of a way to make money, though, as you won't make much money per day. It is more entertaining than the in-game jobs, though.

Ask for donations. Even though this method is generally frowned upon, some players are willing to give you a lot of money if you ask politely. Sadly, these days, fewer and fewer people are willing to donate, so it may take you a long time to get some money. Never trick people into giving you money, as this is considered griefing. If someone refuses to donate, don't rage. It's their money after all.

Keep a daily log-in streak. Believe it or not, you can get large sums of money for logging in for 7, 14, 30, 100, and even 365 days in a row. These sums of money range from $10k to an unknown amount. Alongside your money, you also get a stellar trophy to place in your house!

Consider purchasing the Premium gamepass. While this won’t give you money straight away, it will half your bills and give you a doubled daily reward, so you can save money more efficiently.

What's your reaction?
