How to Get Revives in Pokémon GO: Gameplay Tips and Tricks

Check the daily free box.

Open your daily free box. It has a chance of containing revives. You can open the daily free box in the shop. Note that revives will restore a Pokémon to half HP, while max revives restore full HP. You can also get more Poké Balls from the daily free box!

Spin PokéStops and gyms.

Tap PokéStop and gym photo discs to get items. Both of these have a chance to drop revives. Note that you need to be close enough to the PokéStops or gym to spin the photo disc. Photo discs will turn purple after you spin them, indicating that they are on cooldown. They'll turn blue when they're ready to be spun again. Visiting gyms that are controlled by your team or that you've earned the badge for will reward you with additional bonus items.
