Acer announces 6-inch Liquid S2, first smartphone with 4K video recording
The Acer Liquid S2 has a 13 megapixel rear camera and is equipped with 4K recording capability.

New Delhi: Acer has announced that it will unveil its new 6-inch Liquid S2 smartphone at IFA 2013, which will start from September 6. The phone has a 6-inch full HD IPS display and is equipped with 4K recording capability. The smartphone has a 13 megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 2 megapixel front camera. Its front shooter is also capable of recording 1080p videos.

Available in red and black, the Liquid S2 is powered by Qualcomm's quad-core 2.2GHz processor coupled with 2GB RAM. The phone is packed with a 3300 mAh non-replaceable Li-polymer battery. Running Android 4.2.2, the Liquid S2 comes with 16GB storage on board. Its memory is expandable up to 128GB.

The Liquid S2 version will be available at the end of October. The exact pricing and availability will be announced at a later stage.
