Nagam serves no-trust notice

HYDERABAD: Suspended TDP MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy along with Telangana TDP legislators K Harishwar Reddy and Jogu Ramanna on Saturday submitted a no-confidence motion notice on the separate Telangana statehood demand to Assembly secretary S Raja Sadaram.In his notice, Nagam stated that the state government has failed to honour the promise it had made to people of Telangana and hence he was serving the notice.Talking to newsmen at the Assembly media point, Nagam termed the House adjournment sine die as ‘undemocratic’.The Telangana leaders, in their notice, stated that “this House expresses lack of confidence in the Council of Ministers for going back on the formation of separate Telangana and for suppressing the aspirations of Telangana people.’’
