A populated part of the city Rasulgarh, which was devoid of a respectable family restaurant, finally has Sai Krushna, a one of its kind vegetarian restaurant. Situated at a place that is famous for dhabas and make shift eateries, Sai Krushna has come as a breath of fresh air.Apart from a cozy ambience, the vegetarian restaurant specialises in thalis, Indian and Chinese cuisines. "I just wanted to provide the people of Rasulgarh a decent place to eat out with family and friends. That idea struck me because whenever I thought of taking my family or guests to a nearby restaurant, I never found any,” explained Satyajit, the owner of the eatery. With experienced kitchen staff, eight chefs, of which four have a minimum of four years of experience, cook up delicacies both for lunch and dinner. The service time being less, one doesnt have to wait for a long time to be served the food. The rest of the staff is also well trained since quality service is the major focus of the restaurant besides the pricing. “I wanted to provide good service at an affordable price.”With the aim of providing a good place to eat out, Satyajit had started planning for the restaurant some time back. ‘’And I was sure to start a pure veg eatery as there are many options for the non-veg customers,” said Satyajit. The thali is already a hit with the customers and the restaurant also has a sweets section that has a wide assortion of Orissan and Indian sweets.“What differentiates our restaurant from the rest is the food quality, quantity and service,” said Satyajit who attends to customers most of the times and keeps a tab on the performance of his staff. ‘’Otherwise how do you find a loyal base of customers at this cut-throat competition time. I and my staff give our best to fulfill the demands of the customers at the restaurant,’’ he adds.
