Ranjan Mathai, a 1974 batch IFS officer, is set to retire on July 31, 2014 as India's top foreign diplomat.
New Delhi: Sujata Singh, a 1976 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, will be the new Foreign Secretary.
Sujata is currently India's ambassador to Germany.
