‘You Truly Made Me’: Divya Agarwal Remembers Her Father On His Birthday

It has been over three years since the unfortunate demise of Divya Agarwal’s father, Sanjay Agarwal. After a long battle with Coronavirus, he breathed his last in October 2020. Since then, there has not been even a single year Divya did not celebrate his birthday. This year is no different as the actress posted an emotional story on her Instagram handle to mark her father’s birthday on May 1.

Sharing a candid picture with her father, Divya wrote, “Celebrated your birthdays every year..n still celebrating…There aren’t any unseen pictures left in my gallery but a lot of memories all in my head Happy birthday papa.. you truly made me (red heart emoji).” The snapshot captured a precious moment between the father and the daughter as the duo indulged in a conversation. In the picture, the proud father of the actress can be seen wearing a big smile while listening to Divya with keen attention.

Divya misses her father a lot. Time and again, the former Bigg Boss OTT winner has expressed her affection for her father. Recently, during her wedding preparations, she felt his absence. Remembering him, she even shared a post featuring a cute snapshot and a short note for him. In the caption, Divya expressed, “In the midst of all the planning, the only void I have in my heart is God bless me with peace.”

Earlier this year, Divya made headlines for her wedding with businessman beau Apurva Padgaonkar. The couple tied the knots on February 20 this year. Several pictures and videos from the delightful ceremonies surfaced on social media. Featuring the adorable moments between the couple, the pictures captivated many while others voiced opinions on the Ace Of Space winner Divya’s stunning bridal appearance.

Meanwhile, Divya is predominantly known for her presence on Indian reality television. From Splitsvilla to Ace Of Space and then Bigg Boss OTT, the actress won the hearts of the audience with her bold demeanour and strong personality. She even appeared in a web series titled Cartel and films like Ragini MMS: Returns.
