BHUBANESWAR: IndiGo, India’s largest carrier, is further enhancing its customer experience with the launch of new flights on its network. Effective from Thursday, the carrier will now operate two new daily and direct flights from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata and Mumbai. Additionally, IndiGo marks a double milestone this year, by inducting 50th brand new aircraft into its existing fleet. This new Airbus A320 aircraft will be operational effective on Thursday on these new routes. These new services will further consolidate IndiGo’s position as the fastest growing airline in India, with its 313 flights connecting 31 destinations across the nation and abroad. On the occasion, Aditya Ghosh, President, IndiGo said, “It gives me immense pleasure in announcing these new frequencies, which will provide even more flexibility of choice for our customers, and connect these destinations across India. We are looking at providing affordable fares on these new routes for the travellers.’’ The carrier that will start its journey from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar at 7.20 am will reach here at 8.20 am. The same flight will leave for Mumbai at 8.50 am and reach there at 11.10 am and return from Mumbai at 4.25 pm to reach Bhubaneswar at 6.40 pm. The carrier will then leave for Kolkata at 7.10 pm and reach there at 8.15 pm.
